SOUWA strives to present product details, photographs, prices and information as accurately and up to date as possible. However, colours, appearance or certain details may differ slightly from the actual product because of lighting, photography and the display of each device.

Prices are shown in Thai baht unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, discounts and any additional charges are shown before you confirm your order.

Customers must pay through the channels specified by the shop and provide complete and accurate information. The shop reserves the right to verify proof of payment before shipping.

3. Order confirmation

Submitting an order through the website does not constitute confirmation of sale until the shop has verified payment and sent an order confirmation.

If a product is out of stock, or there is an error in pricing, the system or product information, the shop reserves the right to cancel the order, and will notify the customer and refund the amount received in full.
